An eighth man charged in connection with an investigation into group-based CSE has entered a not guilty plea.
Evidence of nude photos and a barrage of messages sent through messaging apps helped police bring Joshua Dowe before the court.
We are appealing for witnesses after a man was assaulted in Norwich in the early hours of Sunday 9 August.
Further to enquiries already made, police are now appealing for witnesses following a robbery in Norwich.
Three teenage boys have been arrested and questioned by police following a recent series of moped and motorbike thefts across Norwich.
We work with the community and local partners, as well as looking at our own data to come up with the priority that we will have for Norwich West for the next three months:
Operation Focus patrols in areas identified for anti-social behaviour and serious violence.

To address this priority, we have:
- Carried out patrols across Norwich West areas, focusing on our hotspot areas where see more anti-social behaviour, which includes our green spaces.
- Regular patrols around key schools in the area – dealing with ongoing parking and anti-social behaviour issues.
- Carrying out Street Surgeries around key locations to speak to the public and local people around any local concerns.
- Regular visits and engagements with the Baseline charity on Knowland Grove.
- We have continued with our key relationship with the UEA; attending meetings, offering support to security around issues and safeguarding and being a reassuring presence on campus and the local area.
- Regular visits to our local libraries and retail locations to support with any anti-social behaviour and theft related issues.
- Continued engagement with Asylum Hotel, working with staff and occupants around safeguarding and community cohesion.
- We continue to carry out stop searches on individuals where officers have the power to.

- Illegal e-bike and e-scooter issues and anti-social motorbike riding in Bowthorpe.

Officers are carrying out regular patrols in the Bowthorpe area.
Investigations led officers to discover a cannabis grow on Bluebell Road on 7 July where multiple bags of cultivated cannabis were seized. A 21-year-old man has been charged in connection with three drugs offences.
Ongoing work to target moped and motorbike thefts following a series of recent reports across Norwich in July and August. Investigations have led to officers arresting and questioning four teenage boys in relation to the series. Officers continue to conduct investigative enquiries and carry out regular patrols.
Officers have seized seven E-scooters across July and August including Clover Hill Road and Stevenson Road.
