Retail crime across the city.

To address this priority, we are carrying out the below:
- Targeting our most prolific shop theft offenders
- Issuing Community Protection Warnings (CPWs), Community Protection Notices (CPNs) and Criminal Behaviour Orders (CBO) to persistent offenders.
- Introduction of the BID's alert banning system supported by police with CPWs to those identified.
- Creating and updating problem solving plans
- Encouraging reporting of offences by shops
- Working with retailers to improve security and install further theft deterring measures.
- Increase use of bail conditions and enforcement.
- Working with Community Safety to develop a forcewide strategy.
- Putting together a BID and Norfolk Police Business Crime Conference in the spring.
Some lastest outcomes are as follows:
- 34-year-old man sentenced to 12 weeks imprisonment after pleading guilty to shop theft and two criminal behaviour order breaches.
- 44-year-old man has been charged and plead guilty to 25 shop thefts.
- 47-year-old man charged with eight shops thefts and six criminal behaviour orders.

Street drinking, alcohol related crime and anti-social behaviour across the city centre.

To address this priority, we are carrying out the below:
- Enforcing the Public Space Protection Order (PSPO) to tackle issues caused by drinking alcohol in public spaces. which empowers officers to ask individuals to stop drinking if their behaviour is anti-social and to confiscate alcohol from those causing disturbances.
- Regular targeted patrols by officers at various times of day.
- Engaging with the local businesses
- Targeting anti-social behaviour repeat offenders
- Issuing of Section 35 dispersal notices which provides the power to exclude a person from an area for a period of up to 48 hours.
-Issuing of Community Protection Warnings (CPWs) for key offenders.
- Utilisation of foot patrols in our key anti-social behaviour hotspot areas.
- Continue to pursue enforcement of Community Protection Notices (CPNs) against prolific offenders.
- Licensed premises visits and engagement
- Impact week of increased OP Focus ASB hotspot foot patrols in September and October.

Op Focus – Targeted anti-social behaviour hotspot patrols across the areas of the city

To address this priority, we are:
- Carrying out daily high visibility foot patrols across the city, focusing on areas that see particularly more reports of ASB.
- Carried out an action week of increased patrols in September to target street drinking and ASB.
- Working with local businesses and partners to understand issues in the hotspot areas and look at ways of partnership working.
