We work with the community and local partners, while also looking at our own data, to come up with priorities for Holt for the next three months. These are currently:
Tackle Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) including vehicle related ASB within Holt.Action taken:
High-visibility patrols in Holt town centre, while offering reassurance to businesses, have been conducted. Groups of youths present have been engaged with.
Further patrols taking in Hales Court following reports of ASB, and crime prevention advice has been offered to residents. Further patrols have been done around Woodrow Avenue, Coronation Road, the underpass.
A vehicle has been seized for no insurance, of which the information about the vehicle was originally reported to us by a member of the public
Some vulnerable residents have been visited to offer crime prevention advice, particularly around the installation of CCTV and doorbell cameras.
ASB-concentrated patrols have been conducted in Holt Town Centre, supporting local businesses, along with Coronation Road, and King's Close.
Patrols in Salthouse and Kelling following recent arson report. One person arrested in relation.
One vehicle stopped for noisy and antisocial exhaust.

Having reviewed the data and listened to community feedback, the policing priority for Holt and the surrounding area remains as tackling youth-related antisocial behaviour (ASB).
Action taken:
Increased patrols around the town centre and surrounding areas to address youth ASB and increase engagement with businesses and community will be conducted.
A pop-up in Holt town centre at Nelson House on 22nd Sept at 11am will be held so that residents can attend and speak to an officer about any ASB issues.
Two people were arrested in Holt on 7 September, with one man in his 30s being charged for being concerned in the supply of a class A drugs. Reassurance patrols on Woodrow Avenue occurred after this with no issues noted.
