Gaywood, Fairstead and Reffley

We work with the community and local partners, as well as looking at our own data to come up with the priority that we will have for Gaywood, Fairstead and Reffley for the next three months:
Tackling youth and vehicle related anti-social behaviour
Tackling rural and acquisitive crime

Multiple school visits including King’s Lynn Nursery, Applewood Nursery, Fairstead Primary
Hate crime event at Gaywood Tesco
Took part in the Crucial Crew event at KL Fire Station
Supported the GEAR 10k race earlier in the spring
Action day targeting illegally modified e-bikes, six seized in one day. A white motorbike was also seized that has been causing issues in the town, including Fairstead, the rider has been charged to court.
Focus will now be on pre-empting ASB during the summer holidays.

A busy summer has started in Lynn and our focus has continued to be on tackling the use of illegally modified e-bikes and motorbikes ridden in an anti-social manner. We know this is a real concern and officers have been working hard on this. We still need to know as much info as possible – if you know where they are being kept or where the riders live please tell us.
We’re also doing extra patrols after concerns about indecent exposure in the town over the past few weeks. A man has been arrested but if anyone witnesses similar behaviour please call us.
