We work with the community and local partners, as well as looking at our own data to come up with the priority that we will have for Attleborough for the next three months:
Tackling youth and vehicle related anti-social behaviour
Tackling rural and acquisitive crime

Continuing to work with partners around tobacco and vape seizures.
Three vehicles seized for no licence or insurance in Attleborough in the past 3 weeks including an illegal e-scooter, a motorbike and a car.
Speeding checks done across the area including Hargham Road, Queens Road, Norwich Road, Ellingham Road and outside Attleborough Academy.
We’ve done engagements at East Harling primary and at the community garden.

Tackling rural crime and antisocial behaviour across Attleborough

Your local beat manager has been out and about on patrol across Attleborough during the summer tackling ASB, carrying out speed-checks and offering crime prevention advice.
He’s been attending as many events as he can to chat to local people about their concerns. A man was also arrested for possession of a bladed article after a stop search in the town.
As part of Rural Crime awareness week in September we've been visiting local farms to talk about security and offering suggestions on crime prevention. This has particularly focussed on securing high value machinery and fuel.
