Norfolk Constabulary is made up of many different roles that support frontline officers.
Our police staff come from a wide range backgrounds, have varied experience and a wealth of different abilities. So if you want to do something a little bit different and extremely worthwhile, check out our current vacancies which are updated weekly.

We will pay you monthly by automatic credit to your bank or building society account.
A child care voucher scheme providing tax benefits is available.
You will receive 24 days holiday per year and after five years’ service you will receive 29 days per year. You will also receive additional leave if you work bank holidays.
You will be given the option of joining the local government pension scheme.
At some locations there is a canteen where staff can buy subsidised meals.
Each policing area has its own sports and social club. Members can enjoy a wide range of organised activities ranging from netball to climbing, clay pigeon shooting to mountain sports and subsidised trips and holiday breaks.
We have a wide range of staff networks in place to support our employees, including the Black Police Association, the Christian Police Association and the Gay Police Association.
