Summary of conduct alleged:
That whilst serving as a special Constable in Norfolk Constabulary in May 2022 and whilst on duty you accessed a CAD without a policing purpose. The CAD was accessed by way of a targeted search and related to a juvenile who you knew.
It is alleged that this conduct breached the following Standards of Professional Behaviour in respect of:
- Confidentiality
- Discreditable Conduct
It was determined that the allegations should be heard at an accelerated misconduct hearing.
