- The South and West Lynn neighbourhood is found in the southern part of King's Lynn. It encompasses the densely populated and busy commercial community of South Lynn and the neighbouring village of West Lynn.
- The Nar Ouse area is seeing ongoing investment and development. This includes a mixture of business, residential and open space regeneration opportunities in South Lynn.
- West Lynn has also increased in size over recent years but remain a village, connected to King’s Lynn by both road and the river ferry.
- The neighbourhood also takes in part of the residential Chase area, the Hardwick retail and industrial parks, and the Saddlebow business and traveller community
