Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious collision in Norwich.
It happened at 9.21pm yesterday (Sunday 9 March) near the retail park on Hall Road and involved a white Vauxhall Vivaro van and a black electric bike.
The road was closed whilst emergency services, including ambulance, attended the scene. The rider of the e-bike, a boy in his late teens, was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital with serious injuries.
The road reopened at 11.30pm
