Officers are appealing for information following a public order incident on Dereham Road, Costessey on Tuesday 18 February 2025.
It happened sometime between 2.30-3pm near the Roundwell Medical Centre, when two vehicles came to a stop at a set of traffic lights. One driver exited his vehicle with what is believed to be a knife. He then approached the victim’s car and threatened them, before the victim drove away.
