Two men have been charged in relation with drugs offences following the discovery of a cannabis factory in Great Yarmouth.
Officers conducted a warrant at approximately 7.30am on Friday (24 January 2025) at a property on Wellesley Road where they discovered 332 cannabis plants.
Two men, in their 30s and 40s, were arrested at the scene and taken to Great Yarmouth Police Investigation Centre for questioning.
Arunas Sabaliauskas, 49, and Edgaras Psenaska, 36, both of Wellesley Road, Great Yarmouth were charged with production of a controlled class B drug, namely cannabis and possession of a weapon for the discharge of a noxious liquid, namely pepper gel.
They appeared at Norwich Magistrates’ Court on Saturday (25 January 2025) and were remanded into custody to appear in court at a later date.
