A man has been charged in connection with multiple outraging public decency offences.
It follows a number of incidents across Norwich, Broadland and Dereham, between 7 November and 4 December 2024, where a man has entered various shops and urinated on the shop floor and on stock.
Joseph Cahill, 34, of Eade Road, Norwich was charged with 12 counts of outraging public decency and criminal damage.
He is currently on police bail and is due to appear Norwich Magistrates’ Court on 18 February 2025.
