A man has been charged following the theft of a firefighter's helmet in Norwich.
The incident happened at around 10.30pm on Monday 20 January near the scene of a fire on Dibden Road, Norwich.
A man in his 40s was arrested yesterday (Thursday 27th February) and taken to Wymondham Police Investigation Centre for questioning.
Jacob Bristow, aged 48, of Thorpe Road, Norwich was subsequently charged with theft. He was also charged with two separate counts of theft from shops in Norwich city centre.
He has been bailed to appear at Norwich Magistrates’ Court on 11 April 2025.
