Two men from Great Yarmouth have been charged with class A drug offences following an investigation by Norfolk Police’s County Lines Team.
Officers attended an address on Estcourt Road, Great Yarmouth on Wednesday 11 September 2024, finding drugs, cash and phones inside, leading to the arrest of two men on suspicion of drugs offences.
Wayne Lawrence, aged 40, of Estcourt Road, Great Yarmouth has since been charged with being both concerned in the supply of and possessing heroin and crack cocaine; and possessing criminal property.
Ben Hatto, aged 43, of Hamilton Road, Great Yarmouth was charged with being concerned in the supply of heroin and crack cocaine; and with breaching a restraining order.
Both men appeared at Norwich Magistrates’ Court yesterday (Thursday 12 September) and were remanded to custody, due to appear at Norwich Crown Court on 10 October 2024.
