Police have charged a man in connection with four robberies in Norwich.
This follows three that occurred on the night of Friday 30 August, on William Kett Close, King Street and Surrey Street, and another that occurred in the early hours of Saturday 31 August on Southwell Road. Items including cash, a mobile phone and clothing were robbed from victims.
A man in his 30s was arrested by officers on Monday 2 September on suspicion of robbery and taken to Wymondham Police Investigation Centre for questioning.
Louis Walker, aged 34 and of Pottergate, Norwich was charged with four counts of robbery.
He appeared at Norwich Magistrates’ Court yesterday (Tuesday 3 September) where he was remanded into custody ahead of his next court appearance on 1 October 2024.
