Five men have been charged with fraud offences following a police pursuit in King’s Lynn.
The charges follow an incident on 1 October 2024 when a victim reported being defrauded by a group of rogue traders.
A group of men were arrested, on 2 October, following a police pursuit through King’s Lynn and into Cambridgeshire, when their vehicle failed to stop for police. All five men were taken to King's Lynn Police Investigation Centre for questioning.
Five men have now been charged and remanded into custody ahead of their hearing this morning (Friday 4 October 2024) at Norwich Magistrates Court. Their charges are as follows:
