Police are appealing for witnesses following an incident of dangerous driving along the A47 near to the Thickthorn junction.
The incident happened at around 2.45am on Saturday 5 October when a car was seen to be driving the wrong way down the A47 between the A140 and Thickthorn offslips.
Shortly afterwards, a second witness also reported seeing a car driving the wrong way around towards the Easton roundabout. On both occasions the vehicle was travelling westbound on the eastbound carriageway.
Officers would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the incident or who may have any relevant dashcam footage. Anyone with any information is asked to get in touch via the following channels quoting reference NC-05102024-45:
