A man has appeared in court for theft from a motor vehicle and breaching a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) in Norwich.
Frankie Saich, aged 39 and of no fixed address appeared at Norwich Magistrates’ Court on Monday 26 November where he pleaded guilty to two counts of theft from a motor vehicle and two courts of breaching a Criminal Behaviour Order.
The charges relate to two incidents, which occurred on Walton Road between 13-14 November 2024, where Saich has broken into two vehicles stealing some historic coins from one car and a dashcam from another.
Saich was issued a CBO in December 2023 banning him from attempting to enter any motor vehicle or private drive way without the owner's permission.
He was arrested on 20 November 2024 and taken to Wymondham Police Investigation Centre for questioning and was later charged for the above offences.
He appeared in court on Monday 26 November where he was remanded into custody ahead of his next court appearance on 13 December 2024.
