A man’s been charged in connection with a firework that was thrown into the crowd from outside the Fawkes in the Walks display earlier this month. It follows the arrest of a man in his twenties on Saturday 23 November 2024.
Aidas Berzinskas, age 23 from Kings Green in Fairstead, King’s Lynn has been charged with four counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm, three counts of criminal damage and one count of firing a firework into a highway/street/public place.
He has been bailed with conditions and is due to appear at King’s Lynn Magistrates Court on 9 January 2025.
Another man in his twenties, arrested on 15 November 2024, has been released with no further action.
