Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious collision in Beetley.
It happened at 10.38am today (Tuesday 12 November) on Fakenham Road, near the junction with Gorgate Drive, when a blue Suzuki Swift collided with a black Volvo XC40.
The road was closed whilst emergency services, including ambulance and air ambulance, attended the scene.
The driver of the Suzuki, a woman in her 60s, was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital with serious injuries. She was subsequently transferred to Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge.
The occupants of the Volvo did not require hospital treatment.
The road re-opened at 4.50pm.
