Police are appealing for witnesses following a collision at Dickleburgh.
It happened on Thursday 11 July at just after 3pm when a black Vauxhall Mokka was travelling northbound along the A140.
The vehicle left the road at the roundabout at the junction with Norwich Road. There were no other vehicles involved.
A man in his 50s was trapped in the vehicle and released by emergency services.
He was taken by ambulance to the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital where his condition is described as serious.
Officers are keen to hear from anyone who witnessed the collision or the manner of driving prior, or has any relevant dashcam footage.
