A man’s been charged with drugs offences in King’s Lynn.
Officers arrested a man in his twenties on the A17 near Terrington St Clement, on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of class A drugs, at around 10pm on Tuesday 9 July 2024. He was taken to King’s Lynn Police Investigation Centre for questioning.
Jose Amaral, 25, of Longden Street, Bolton, Greater Manchester has subsequently been charged with two counts of being concerned in the supply of class A drugs (diamorphine and crack cocaine) between 11 August 2023 and 10 July 2024 and having possession of criminal property on 9 July 2024.
He has been remanded in custody to appear at Norwich Magistrates Court this morning (11 July 2024).
