Police are appealing for witnesses following a collision in Wisbech.
The incident occurred on the A47 at Wisbech, between the West Walton roundabout and Elm Hall roundabout just before 4.20pm on Thursday 18th July 2024, when a white Ford Transit collided with a black Vauxhall Zafira.
Emergency services attended the scene including police and Cambridgeshire Fire & Rescue.
The passengers of the Vauxhall Zafira suffered minor injuries.
The driver of the Ford Transit van, a man aged in his 20’s, was arrested on suspicion of drug driving and was taken to Kings Lynn Police Investigation Centre for questioning. He was later released under investigation.
Officers would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the collision or anyone who may have any relevant dashcam footage. They are particularly keen to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the manner of driving of the Ford Transit van prior to the collision.
