Tribute issued for Nigel Mazs

A tribute has been issued by the family of Nigel Mazs following the opening of an inquest today (11 January 2024).

Nigel, aged 59, sadly died following an assault which took place on Friday 22 December 2023 in Malakoff Close, Great Yarmouth.

“Dad was loved by so many people, he made a positive impact in everyone’s life with his infectious laugh. He was an amazing father, grandfather and brother.

"As a family we would like to thank the neuroscience team at Addenbrookes Hospital for all the amazing work they did with Dad.

"Losing him is heart-breaking and we would appreciate our privacy being respected at this traumatic time.“
