Police investigating drug dealing and money laundering across Great Yarmouth have made a series of arrests.
Eight people have been arrested and one man has appeared in court charged with drug offences following multiple raids this week.
Officers executed a number of warrants at residential properties in Gorleston, Bradwell, Filby, Great Yarmouth, and Belton.
On Monday 29 January 2024 officers executed three warrants and one man was arrested and taken to Great Yarmouth Police Investigation Centre for questioning.
Michael Roe, aged 43, of King Street, Great Yarmouth, appeared at Norwich Magistrates Court on Tuesday 30 January 2024 charged with three offences related to drug dealing and money laundering.
He was remanded in custody and is due to appear at Norwich Crown Court on 28 February 2024.
On Tuesday 30 January 2024 seven warrants were executed across the borough utilising officers from across the county.
As a result eight people were arrested on suspicion of drug dealing and money laundering offences.
They are a woman in her 60s, a woman in her 30s, a man in his late teens, three men in their 30s, a woman in her 30s, and a woman in her 40s.
They were all taken to Great Yarmouth Police Investigation Centre for questioning and have been released under investigation whilst enquiries continue.
