A man, aged in his 60s, has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless driving, failing to stop and failing to report a collision. The man was arrested in Reading today (Tuesday 10 December 2024) and is being transported to Wymondham Police Investigation Centre for questioning.
The arrest follows an incident on Monday 2 December 2024 when the body of a man in his 20s, was discovered at the roadside of the A47, in King’s Lynn. The road was closed whilst police carried out their enquiries and reopened at around 5pm.
