The body of a man was discovered in the River Wensum on 25 August (Sunday).
The body of a man was discovered in the River Wensum on 25 August (Sunday).
Police were called to the scene near Oak Street in Norwich at 6.07pm (25 August). Officers and Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service were involved in the searches and the body of man in his 70s was recovered.
A police cordon was in place but has now been removed.
His death is not believed to be suspicious, but officers are continuing to establish the exact circumstances of his death.
