Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious collision on the A47 near Honingham.
Officers were called at 10.20am today (Tuesday 27 August) to the junction with Wood Lane following reports a silver Vauxhall Corsa and a silver Honda CR-V travelling in opposite directions had collided. Two other vehicles queueing at the Wood Lane Junction were also damaged.
The driver of the Corsa, a woman in her 80s, was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
Officers are keen to hear from anyone who witnessed the collision or the manner of driving prior to it, or has any relevant dashcam footage.
