Appeal after serious collision - A47 Acle Straight

Police are appealing for witnesses following a collision between a motorcycle and a car in Great Yarmouth on Sunday 25 August 2024.

It happened on the A47 Acle Straight at 5.10pm when a red, white, and blue Honda CBR 900cc motorcycle was travelling towards Great Yarmouth and was in collision with a black Ford Focus travelling towards Acle.

The motorcyclist, a man in his 40s, was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital with serious injuries.

Officers would like to speak to any witnesses or anyone who may have seen the manner of driving/riding or have relevant dashcam footage.
