Police believe they have identified a woman who was found dead on the beach at Hunstanton.
A member of the public reported finding the body on Friday at around 11.45pm opposite the Sea Life Centre, and officers were called to investigate.
Enquiries are continuing to establish the circumstances of the woman’s death, which is being treated as unexplained.
The body has yet to be formally identified.
A post-mortem examination is due to take place in the next few days.
