Appeal following serious collision in Dereham

Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious collision in Dereham.

Officers were called to Swanton Avenue, Dereham at 12.08pm today (Wednesday 29 November) following reports of a collision between a white Renault Master van and a pedestrian.

The pedestrian, a woman in her 70s, was taken to Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital with life threatening injuries, where she remains.

Emergency services attended the scene including fire, air ambulance and ambulance.
