Police are appealing for witnesses after a pedestrian died in a collision on Friday 10 November 2023.
Officers were called to Drayton Road shortly after 5pm to reports of a collision involving a white Nissan Qashqai and a pedestrian.
The pedestrian, a woman aged in her 70s, sadly died at the scene.
The driver of the Nissan, a man aged in his 60s was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and for drug driving. He was taken to Wymondham Police Investigation Centre for questioning and has since been released on bail.
Officers are keen to hear from any witnesses or anyone who has relevant dashcam footage that could help the investigation.
