Six police forces united last week to disrupt criminality on our country’s roads and reduce the number of those who are killed and seriously injured.
Roads policing officers from Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Cambridge took part in a multi-agency operation on Thursday 7 December. They were joined by colleagues from the Commercial Vehicle Units in Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex as well as various partner agencies. These agencies included the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency, HMRC, DVLA Tax Enforcement, Immigration and Safeguarding and Child Exploitation teams.
