Man charged following Norwich burglary
A man has been charged following a burglary in Norwich.
A silver Ford Fiesta and a bank card were among the items stolen from a property in Shorncliffe Avenue between 1am and 7am on Wednesday 8 July.
The bank card was later used to make transactions at three separate stores in Norwich.
Following further enquiries officers arrested a man in Copenhagen Way in the city at 3.50pm on Wednesday 8 July.
Adam Webster, aged 45 and of no fixed address, has been charged with burglary, three counts of fraud by false representation, driving a vehicle without the owner’s consent and driving a vehicle without motor insurance.
Webster has been remanded into custody and is due to appear at Norwich Magistrates today (Thursday 9 July).
