Man charged in connection with drug offences - Norwich

Police have charged a man in connection with drug offences in Norwich.
Officers executed a drugs warrant on Lower Clarence Road, Norwich at around 6am yesterday (Thursday 20 April).
During a search of the property, officers seized a quantity of Crack Cocaine and Heroin along with drug paraphernalia, including mobile phones and scales.
A man in his 20s was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in supply of Class A drugs and possession with intent to supply Class A drugs and taken to Wymondham Police Investigation Centre for questioning.
Marcus Parkes, aged 28 and of Lower Clarence Road, Norwich, was later charged with:
- Concerned in supply of Heroin
- Possession with intent to supply Class A drugs – Heroin
- Possession with intent to supply Class A drugs – Crack Cocaine
- Obstructing police
He is due to appear before Norwich Magistrates’ Court this morning (Friday 21 April).
