Appeal following assault in Kings Lynn

Police are appealing for witnesses to an assault in Kings Lynn.

A woman, aged in her 50s, was cycling along Winston Churchill Drive, near to William Booth Road, at approximately 9pm on Tuesday 14 September when she was approached by two youths.

The youths have pulled the women from her bike before assaulting her. It’s believed they both made off after two members of the public came to the victim’s assistance.

The victim suffered minor injuries to her face during the incident.

Officers are keen to trace the two members of the public who witnessed the assault, or anyone who may have seen any suspicious activity in the area at around the time of the incident.
