Appeal after Filby arson

Police are appealing for information after a shed was set alight within Filby playing fields, on Main Road.

The incident took place on Thursday 12 January 2023 at around 7:30pm, when a wooden shed containing archery equipment was set alight.

Over £2,500 of damage was caused to equipment inside the shed as a result of the fire.

Officers would like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the incident or seen suspicious activity in the area at the time.
