Arrests in Bawsey following air weapon incident

Four arrests have been made, and an air weapon has been seized, following an incident in King’s Lynn this morning (Thursday 22 August 2019).

Officers were called to Bawsey Mill at 1:48am this morning following reports of shots being fired in the area. A man was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital with minor injuries.

A man in his 40s, and two young male teenagers have been arrested on suspicion of possession of firearm with intent to endanger life. Another man in his 20s was arrested on suspicion of possession of firearms.

All suspects remain in police custody in King’s Lynn while enquiries continue.
