Police investigate two arsons in Norwich

Police are appealing for information following two arsons in Norwich this morning (Wednesday 18 September 2019).

Officers were on patrol at 1.50am when they were approached by a member of the public reporting a fire at the back of a shop in Cromer Road. The fire had also spread to a nearby charity shop.

While officers were at the scene, they received reports of a second fire at a property further along the road. Nobody was injured.

Both locations remain cordoned off while enquiries continue.

Officers are investigating both incidents and keen to speak to any witnesses or anyone with information. They're asked to contact Norfolk Police on 101 quoting incident reference numbers 19 and 27 of the 18 September 2019.
