A man has been jailed for more than three years for suppling crack cocaine and heroin in Norwich.

Daniel Boateng, aged 30 and from Middlesex, appeared at Norwich Crown Court on Friday 12 June 2020 after pleading guilty to two counts of supplying a Class A drug and two counts of conspiracy to supply a Class A drug at an earlier hearing.

The court heard how officers from the Norwich Neighbourhood Policing Team attended an address in Wild Road in Norwich on Tuesday 9 April 2019 and seized heroin and crack cocaine with an estimated street value of more than £2,500. Officers also seized more than £1,000 in cash and mobile phones.

Boateng and Eldridge were both arrested at the address and later charged.

Boateng was sentenced to three years and nine months in prison and Eldridge received a three-year community order and ordered to undertake 200 hours of unpaid work. She is also required to take part in a 40-hour rehabilitation activity.
