Appeal - Mid-Norfolk Railway carriages damaged

Police are appealing for information after extensive damage was caused to railway carriages in Dereham last weekend.

Sometime between 5pm on Friday 1 May 2020, and 8:30am on Monday 4 May, suspect(s) entered the Mid-Norfolk Railway grounds on Station Road.

A number of railway carriage windows were smashed, and a seasonal display was damaged, resulting in extensive, high value damages.

Police would like to hear from anyone who may have seen anything suspicious, or holds CCTV footage from the area at the time.
