Appeal following fatal collision at Southgates, King’s Lynn

Police are appealing for witnesses to a collision on the A148 after a man died.

Officers were called just before 4am on Good Friday (2 April 2021) to reports that a grey Masda MX-5 car had collided with an archway.

The driver of the vehicle, a man in his 60s, was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.

Officers would like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the collision, the manner of driving of the vehicle prior to the incident, or from anyone who may have captured the incident on dash-cam.

Those with information are asked to contact the Serious Collision Investigation Unit at [email protected] or by calling 101 and quoting incident number 50 of 2nd April.
