The below diagram shows the positive action support programme adopted by the Constabulary, the below are the key areas that are positive action recruitment advisors focus on. This stretches from providing upskilling and education on positive action for our line managers, to targeted support and coaching for our workforce and recruitment and progression support and guidance for individuals from underrepresented groups.
