healthy relationship and what behaviour can be classed as abusive.
The website provides advice and links where young people can get
help if they are worried about any form of abuse.
The
Hideout - Women's Aid
have created this website - The Hideout - to help
children and young people understand domestic abuse, and how to
take positive action if it's happening to you.
ChildLine
- offers a free and confidential service for children and
young people. The helpline is open 24/7.
Leeway
- Norfolk's largest domestic abuse charity - works with teachers to
help children and teenagers understand the issues around domestic
abuse, how to form healthy relationships and where to get help and
advice if they need it.
The Children and Family Court Advisory
and Support Service (CAFCASS) – Safeguards and
promotes the interests of children involved in family court
proceedings. There are many publications aimed at children
available to download from the Cafcass website.
The Norfolk
Family Justice Council - Exists to
promote better and quicker outcomes for the families and
children who use the family justice system. The Council's site
provides useful information about the effects of domestic abuse on
children.
