Welcome to the West Centre Safer Neighbourhood Team pages. The team is dedicated to the West Centre of Norwich.

In addition to the Beat Managers and PCSOs, every Safer Neighbourhood has five teams of Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) Patrol officers who will respond to your calls for service 24 hours a day, investigate the crimes in your area and work with the Beat Managers and PCSOs to deliver your local priorities.

We are listening to your concerns and working with our partners to improve the quality of life in your neighbourhood.

You can contact us by telephone letter or email. We hold regular consultative meetings with the public every three months at various locations across the area. The details are published locally and on our web pages. We encourage you to attend to give your views on policing, and to help set our priorities for each quarter.

We also hold regular street briefings, with our officers meeting at agreed locations periodically to listen to your concerns. The times and venues are again published on our web pages and locally.
