Key Facts

  • This rural neighbourhood covers the large village of Terrington and 13 other villages to the west of King’s Lynn, along the Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire border.
  • The area is predominantly farmland with agriculture the chief local industry and an employer of both indigenous and migrant workers.
  • Various rivers run through the neighbourhood offering a range of leisure pursuits and Terrington marshes are used regularly as a flight path for RAF bombers. There are two major trunk roads into Norfolk running through the neighbourhood, the A47 from Cambridgeshire and the A17 from Lincolnshire.
