A Horsford man will appear in court next month for driving whilst being above the legal drink drive limit.

Adrian Gayton, 47, of St Helena Way, Horsford was stopped by police on Saturday 28 August, after committing a moving traffic offence along Holt Road, Horsford.  He was subsequently asked to carry out a roadside breath test which he failed.

Gayton has been charged for driving a vehicle when alcohol level above legal limit.  He has been bailed to appear at Norwich Magistrate Court on Wednesday 22 September.
