A Bawburgh man will appear in court next month for driving whilst being above the legal drink drive limit.

Nigel Harvey, 51, of Stocks Hill, Bawburgh was stopped by police on Wednesday 1 September along the A140 near Alby breathalysed and subsequently arrested for being over the legal limit.

Harvey has been charged for driving a vehicle when alcohol level above legal limit.  He has been bailed to appear at North Norfolk Magistrates Court on Thursday 21 October.
