Officers have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with a fraud offence at a Thetford shop.

The incident took place at Halfords in Lime Kiln Lane in the town sometime between 9am and 9.45am on Saturday, 22 May, 2010.

A man entered the store, selected around £400 worth of goods and attempted to pay using a false credit card. The card was queried by member of staff and the man left the store empty handed when she attempted to verify the card details.

Officers are keen to speak to anyone who believes they may recognise the man in the image. He was described as wearing a stripey shirt, grey trousers and as having brown hair.
