Man sentenced for handling stolen goods
A 37 year old man from Norwich has been
sentenced at court for handling stolen goods.
Simon John Arthurton of Robin Hood Road
pleaded guilty at an earlier hearing to handling stolen goods.
Between Tuesday 20 July and Saturday 24 July
this year at H Tech Styling on Auster Close, Norwich, Arthurton
dishonestly received car parts to the value of around £900
belonging to someone else, knowing they were stolen.
At Norwich Crown Court on Wednesday 8
December, he was sentenced to a nine month prison sentence,
suspended for 12 months, ordered to carry out 200 hours of unpaid
work and pay £900 in compensation to the victim.
